Disclaimer: This search site discloses all independent expenditure committees that file the Form IND. These committees engage in express advocacy, meaning they directly urge the election of, or defeat of, candidates without coordinating their activities with candidates or parties. Under current law, they must disclose expenditures but not contributions. The search also will retrieve reports by political committees or PACs (continuing political committees) that engage ONLY in independent spending. This search will not retrieve reports of election-related expenditures reported through groups filing grassroots lobbying reports.
