Electronic Filing For Parties and PACs

Forms available to be filed electronically include the Political Party Committee - Designation of Organizational Treasurer and Depository (Form D-3), Committee - Sworn Statement (Form A-3), Supplemental Contributor Information (Form C-3), Supplemental Expenditure Information (Form E-3), Legislative Leadership Committee Registration Statement and Designation of Organizational Depository (Form D-5), and Legislative Leadership Committee Notice of Membership (Form D-5N). ). At the present time, the E-Filing (Short Forms) are not compatible with browsers other than Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE). Contact the Help Desk for Electronic Filing by calling (609) 292-8700 or, toll free (within New Jersey) at 1 (888) 313-ELEC (3532) for assistance to download and use Microsoft IE. Familiarity with the Compliance Manual for Continuing Political Committees (CPC), Legislative Leadership Committees (LLC), Political Party Committees (PPC) will help you determine what forms to file. A receipt will be generated upon successful filing; print a copy and save with your records.
