NEW LAW: P.L. 2014, c.58 (effective January 1, 2015), candidates will no longer be required to file a duplicate copy of any campaign report with the county clerk. In addition, each county will be required to provide on its website a link to the Election Law Enforcement’s website (www.elec.state.nj.us) for the purpose of providing public access to all campaign reports required to be reported with the Commission.

Form A-1 Candidate Sworn Statement - Single candidate spending nothing or $4,500 or less.
