How to Preview Your Report and Prepare a Copy of Filing with the County Clerk

After you select “FILE WITH ELEC” from the File menu, check the “PRINT TO LOCAL PRINTER” box. The “FILE WITH ELEC PREVIEW” box will already be checked. REPEAT THE “PREVIEW REPORT” PROCESS. Click on the “PRINT/PREVIEW” button. The report will appear on the screen and print to your local printer simultaneously. Print out at least TWO COPIES of the report. One for the County Clerk and one for your records. Since only one report prints out simultaneously, the second copy can be printed by closing out the individual schedules of the report and clicking on the “PREVIEW/PRINT” button again. Have the candidate(s) and treasurer sign and certify the report for filing with the county clerk.
