• What is ELEC?

    Established in 1973‚ ELEC monitors the campaign financing of all elections in the State. Whether the election is for Governor or Mayor‚ member of the Legislature or a City Council‚ candidates and campaign organizations are required to file with the Commission contribution and expenditure reports.

Primary Election Date Moved to July 7, 2020

Attention Candidates and Committees filing reports for the Primary Election moved to July 07‚ 2020.

Reporting dates for the Primary election have been adjusted for the new election date of July 07, 2020.  The 29-Day Pre-Election Report shall report all activity from January 01, 2020 to June 05, 2020.  The new reporting dates and inclusions dates follow:
